Consult with outside Attorney to provide legal advice relating to the Commissioners Court's legal rights, duties, privileges and obligations under Chapter 174, Texas Local Gov't Code and the current Notice of Intent to Bargain dated December 11, 2014 submitted by the Nueces County Sheriff's Officers Association (NCSOA), and related legal matters.
