J. Authorize reassigning a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe, County No. 62742 from the Warehouse to Constable Pct. 5 office.

L. Authorize a sole source Agreement Amendment No. 2 with Tyler Technologies to amend and adjust the budget to include travel for the conversion of the Jail Management System.
