2. PUBLIC COMMENT: This section provides the public the opportunity to address the Commissioners Court on any issues within its jurisdiction. The Commissioners Court may not take formal action on any requests made during the Public Comment period which are not on the Agenda, but can refer such requests to County staff for review if appropriate.

3. CONSENT AGENDA: The following Agenda Items are of a routine nature, and the Commissioners Court has received supporting materials for consideration. All of these Agenda Items will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately, unless a member of the Commissioners Court or the public requests that a particular Agenda Item be discussed. V. Approve making a finding for the method of procurement (request for proposals) for Courthouse Food Services; authorize the Purchasing Agent to publish a notice; and adopt an order delegating evaluation authority to a selection committee.

1. Discuss and consider adopting an order related to courthouse access and county issued identification cards, and related matters.

2. Discuss and consider the Nueces County Purchasing Policy and Procedures Manual amendments to allow members of Commissioners Court access of proposed confidential information and incorporate disclosure requirements for local government under HB 23 and HB 1295.

3. Discuss and consider approval of Renewal and Extension of Lease Agreement with the Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation, Inc., for continuation of the lease at the National Guard Armory Building at the old Showbarn Tract, Robstown, Texas.

4. Adopt a TexPool Resolution amending the current authorized representatives for the Nueces County Tax Assessor-Collector office by adding an employee.

5. Discuss and consider approving Civil Money Penalty settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor concerning payment of overtime back wages at the Sheriff's Office and related matters.

1. Discuss and consider the execution of Amendment No. 3 to Subrecipient Grant Agreement GLO Contract No. 14-094-000-7962 Coastal Management Program (CMP) Cycle 18 for the Hilltop Nature Park Enhancements.

2. Discuss and consider the acceptance of a public assistance subaward #PA-06-TX-4223-PW-01036 from the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM).

8. Discuss and consider adopting a resolution and authorization of forms related to civil rights requirements of the Texas Department of Agriculture Contract No. 7214085 for the Colonia Fund: Construction (CFC), in relation to the Cindy Park colonia.
