2. PUBLIC COMMENT: This section provides the public the opportunity to address the Commissioners Court on any issues within its jurisdiction. The Commissioners Court may not take formal action on any requests made during the Public Comment period which are not on the Agenda, but can refer such requests to County staff for review if appropriate.

V. Approve making a finding for the method of procurement (request for proposals) for Courthouse Food Services; authorize the Purchasing Agent to publish a notice; and adopt an order delegating evaluation authority to a selection committee.

3. Discuss and consider approval of Renewal and Extension of Lease Agreement with the Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation, Inc., for continuation of the lease at the National Guard Armory Building at the old Showbarn Tract, Robstown, Texas.
4. Adopt a TexPool Resolution amending the current authorized representatives for the Nueces County Tax Assessor-Collector office by adding an employee.
5. Discuss and consider approving Civil Money Penalty settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor concerning payment of overtime back wages at the Sheriff's Office and related matters.
