1. Discuss and consider approval of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for Coastal Bend Hurricane Conference Services with the Coastal Bend Council of Governments, to transfer additional funding received by Nueces County for Hurricane Conference expenses.
A. Attorney consultation pursuant to Section 551.071(2), Texas Gov’t Code to receive legal advice and counsel relating to the County’s legal rights, privileges, duties, and obligations in connection with the pending collective bargaining process and specifically with respect to the legality of certain proposals raised during the collective bargaining process.
