Discuss and consider Amendment Three to a contract between the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for the Texas Nurse-Family Partnership Program in the amount of $590,335 for the period of September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2015; authorize the Director of the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District to sign on behalf of Nueces County.

2. Discuss and consider the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District entering into a contract with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) providing for Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening services in the amount not exceeding $203,265 for the period of September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015; authorize the Director of the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District to sign on behalf of Nueces County.

A. Discuss and consider authorizing the County Attorney to send a demand letter to Ramona Cavazos as related to $7,500.00 in damages that Cavazos caused to Nueces County property and authorize the County Attorney to settle the claim.

B. Consult with County Attorney to discuss approval of the release of Nueces County's Judgment Lien against Defendant Kevin Donnawall, and authorize the County Judge to sign the Release of Lien Document for filing among the property records of Nueces County, and related matters.

C. Discuss and consider status of Civil Action No. 2:14-cv-149, Christopher Estrada v. Jimmy Coti White, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division, and related matters.
