E. PUBLIC COMMENT: This section provides the public the opportunity to address the Commissioners Court on any issues within its jurisdiction. The Commissioners Court may not take formal action on any requests made during the Public Comment period which are not on the Agenda, but can refer such requests to County staff for review if appropriate.
1. The Commissioners Court will conduct a Workshop on Bob Hall Pier, including design concepts, reconstruction methods, financing options, demolition, rebuilding, renovation, and other methods, the submission of grant applications and other methods of financing, and related matters. The Workshop will have the participation of Jacobs Engineering, Bond Counsel, Financial Advisors, County staff and others.
1. Discuss and consider courses of action on Bob Hall Pier, including but not limited to, design concepts, construction methods, demolition, reconstruction, refurbishment methods, scope of project, financing options, timelines, submission of grant applications, other financing options; Discuss and consider the selection of Jacobs Engineering for such design and construction concepts, and related matters.
