2. CONSENT AGENDA: The following Agenda Items are of a routine nature, and the Commissioners Court has received supporting materials for consideration. All of these Agenda Items will be passed with one vote without being discussed separately, unless a member of the Commissioners Court or the public requests that a particular Agenda Item be discussed. If so, that Agenda Item will be pulled from the Consent Agenda and discussed as part of the regular Agenda at the appropriate time. One vote will approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda.

1. Receive a presentation from the Je'Sani Smith Foundation.
2. Discuss and consider approval and execution of the License Agreement between Nueces County and Del Mar College (Del Mar) regarding the Nueces County Tax Assessor/Collector's appointment of limited-service deputies for motor vehicle registration services, and related matters.
3. Discuss, consider, and take action on award and execution of a Services Agreement with Resthaven Funeral Home for Mortuary Transportation Services; and related matters.
4. Discuss and consider approving and accepting for record purposes, executed H-2 Scoggins Hangar lease agreement with Mark Harrison for $220 per month ($1,980 annually) for the term January 1, 2026 to Fiscal Year end September 30, 2026, and related matters.
5. Discuss and consider an Administrative Assistant for the Nueces County Airport with pay grade up to level 23 and all related matters.

8. Discuss and consider approving a no-cost time extension Change Order No. 4 with International Consulting Engineers related to construction of the Oil Belt Park Improvements Project.
9. Discuss and consider allocating Capital Credits on a one time basis in the amount of $120,000 for economic development contracts to economic development entities, not yet provided any funds in the 25/26 budget and to direct budget staff to put said entities in the 2026/2027 general fund budget. Each County Commissioner shall submit a list of said entities that have been vetted by the County Attorney and, if so approved, the County Judge will be approved to sign the contracts.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION: PUBLIC NOTICE is given that the Commissioners Court may elect to go into an Executive Session anytime during the meeting to discuss matters listed anywhere on the Agenda, when authorized by the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. To the extent there has been a past practice of distinguishing items for public deliberation and those for executive session, the public is advised that the Court is departing from that practice, and reserves the right to discuss any listed agenda items in executive session when authorized by law to do so.
